Vikrant Dangle

Vikrant Dangle is a Consultant based in Mumbai. Vikrant is a part of the Industrial practice. Vikrant comes with over 16 years of diversified experience in the search business, including experience of working for different industry verticals like consumer products, engineering and manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences. He has been instrumental in managing client relations and end-to-end search execution for leadership hiring. In his previous role at Korn Ferry as a Managing Associate for Global Consumer Markets in the professional search business, he developed and grew the consumer vertical in India along with the market leader. Prior to Korn Ferry, he worked with a Japanese search firm, RGF Management Search, as a Manager for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. He also worked with an Indian boutique search firm, Tracers India, for about six years, where he handled multiple leadership mandates successfully for FMCG, engineering and manufacturing companies. Born and brought up in Mumbai, Vikrant lives with his parents and two younger siblings there. He is a passionate runner and enjoys exploring new places and trekking with friends.
