Mark Alan Shapiro

Mark Alan Shapiro has extensive experience as a CEO in the call center industry. Mark Alan served as the CEO of Executive Boutique Call Center from 2008 until present, where they played a crucial role in providing high-quality offshore contact center services to small and mid-sized businesses. In 2014, Shapiro became the CEO of Select VoiceCom, a position they currently hold.

Mark Alan Shapiro attended UMass Boston from 1982 to 1986 where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
