Mark Shapiro

Mark Alan Shapiro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the call center industry, currently serving as CEO of Executive Boutique Call Center since July 2008 and Select VoiceCom since January 2014. Under Mark's leadership, Executive Boutique Call Center has successfully provided high-quality offshore contact center services to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of small and mid-sized businesses in the US and Australia. Similarly, Select VoiceCom delivers premium contact center and back office support to clients across Australia, the US, and the UK. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from UMass Boston, earned between 1982 and 1986.
