As the owner of Smirnova Coaching, Anya focuses on fostering inclusive work cultures and assisting individuals through life transitions. Anya leads the UK Chapter of Mindful Return, a program aiding parents in their workplace reintegration post-leave. Anya co-hosts the #LawyerLifeExperiment podcast, addressing work-life balance for legal professionals. Previous experience includes significant roles in law firms, including Norton Rose Fulbright, and contributions to various projects, such as creating an audioguide for Isautier Rums during a gap year dedicated to family. Anya holds multiple qualifications in law and coaching from esteemed institutions, demonstrating a robust professional background.
