Prior to their current role, Elizabeth founded Insight Out Consulting, where they helped individuals explore their inner resources and make positive changes in their lives. Elizabeth also worked as an Associate Director of Account Management at Argyle Executive Forum, where they facilitated strategic collaboration among business leaders.
