Scott Hamilton

Scott Hamilton serves as the President & CEO of the Executive Next Practices Institute (ENP Forums) since January 2008, leading initiatives in C-suite thought leadership and collaboration forums across major industries. In addition to this role, Hamilton founded and currently manages Nextworks Strategy, which specializes in guiding organizations to define value and growth opportunities. Hamilton also acts as a Venture Fund Partner and Investor at Cove Fund, contributing to seed-stage investments for startups in Southern California. Previous leadership experience includes roles as Vice President at DIRECTV and OE Director at Nestle. Hamilton holds an EMBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
