Aleksander Kacprzyk, PhD, serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Resource Partners since January 2009, focusing on deal sourcing, execution, portfolio management, exits, and investor relations while participating in the Investment Committees of funds. In academia, Aleksander holds the position of Chairman of the University Council at Wroclaw Medical University since January 2021 and serves as a Guest Lecturer for the Executive SGH-WUM MBA program, teaching Risk Management processes. Aleksander is also an Advisory Board Member at MIT Enterprise Forum CEE, contributing to the global innovation ecosystem. Prior roles include Investment Committee Member at Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu, Director at The Carlyle Group, and Investment Director at Enterprise Investors, complemented by an early career at McKinsey & Company.
