Executive Springboard, LLC

Executive Springboard exists to pass on wisdom to a new generation of leaders, so they can make an enduring impact. Fifty percent of senior executive hires fail within 18 months. The costs of a failed executive hire can be devastating, in terms of dollars, disruption and the reputation of the HR function. Many companies address retention and performance issues with internal mentors. But when employees are very senior, there is nobody to mentor them internally. The default solution is to select a professional coach, who may lack the credibility that comes from executive experience. Executive Springboard has a network of mentors who have sat in the executive’s functional chair. They speak the same language. They have scars from the same conflicts. They know how to prepare executives for new positions and to guide them around the people issues that can derail them, once they are in their new roles. Our diverse team of 100 mentors is especially adept at developing managers from underrepresented communities. Let us help you boost the return on your talent investment.
