Richard Russell

Richard Russell has extensive experience in software engineering, process development, and technical documentation. Currently, Richard is attending Microsoft online Developer/Administration courses at ExecuTrain, focusing on MTA/MTE certifications, with coursework in web development and SQL database administration. Previous roles include Software Engineer II at Adecco, where database design and a KANBAN process for tracking defects were implemented, and Process Tool Development Manager at Manpower Professional, where automation tools for data entry were created. Earlier experience at Hewlett Packard involved technical documentation for scanner and printer products, as well as roles in customer service and failure analysis.
