Alexandra Barakat

Alexandra Barakat is a legal expert with extensive experience in contract management and business law. Since April 2018, Alexandra has served as the Responsable juridique Groupe - Contrats at EXEL Industries, providing legal support for strategic decision-making, negotiating agreements, and implementing the Group's contractual strategy in both French and English. Prior to this role, Alexandra spent over 16 years at SVP, initially as a Juriste en droit international and later as a Juriste droit des affaires, where responsibilities included contract analysis, legal consultancy, and conducting training sessions. Alexandra began their career as an Agent administratif et financier at Japan Airlines, managing disputes and overseeing financial relations. Education includes a Master 2 in Law and International Relations from Université Lyon 2, a Master 1 in International and European Law from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and ongoing studies in Film and Audiovisual Studies at the same institution.
