Philippe BREBAN boasts over 30 years of extensive experience in enhancing industrial value chain efficiency and driving innovation across various sectors, particularly in aeronautics, military, energy, and metallurgy. As CEO of the Agriculture Spraying Branch at EXEL Industries since June 2023, Philippe has successfully transformed operations, achieving a 40% growth in one year and making the business profitable. In parallel, as President of APICTAL Consulting & Investment, expertise in managing the growth of SMEs and large companies is applied to restructuring and commercial development in international markets. Past roles include leadership positions at SEGULA Technologies, Zodiac Aerospace, and Sabena Technics, among others, where Philippe has demonstrated a strong track record in operational management, industrial strategy, and risk quality management. Philippe holds a PhD in Mechanics and Materials from CentraleSupélec and has acquired a solid educational foundation with multiple engineering degrees.
