Laura Cushion

Laura Cushion has extensive experience in client and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Relationship and Head of Client Relationship at XBP Europe since June 2016. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Head of Client Relationship UK & I at Exela Technologies and served in various roles at Dataforce UK, including Head of UK Relationship Management and Head of Business Operations. Laura's career began in financial telemarketing, where Laura worked as a Contact Centre Manager at Financial Telemarketing Services from 2004 to 2008.
