Amanda Polley

Amanda Polley is a seasoned professional in bioinformatics and data science with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist I at Exelixis, Amanda previously served as a Bioinformatics Data Scientist at Invitae, where exploration of NGS laboratory metrics and sequencing data was key to process optimization. As a Senior Data Scientist at ImpriMed, Amanda led the design of genomic studies and the development of data pipelines, in addition to managing a team focused on automating report generation.
