Shridhar Kulkarni

Shridhar Kulkarni, PhD, is an experienced professional in the field of pharmacovigilance and risk management, currently serving as the Director of Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management at Exelixis since November 2022. Prior roles include Senior Manager, Pharmacovigilance Scientist at Bristol Myers Squibb, and Manager, Aggregate Safety Reports at Takeda. Shridhar has also worked at Epizyme as a PV Specialist, and held positions such as Clinical Data Analyst at Johnson & Johnson and PV Scientist at Ashfield, part of UDG Healthcare plc. Earlier experience includes roles as Clinical Research Scientist at Celgene and Pharmacovigilance Scientist at Bayer Pharmaceuticals.
