Jennifer Franco

Jennifer Franco serves as the Vice President of Health & Benefits at Exelon since June 2020. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Exelon Corporation, including Director of Employee Benefits Plans & Programs and Assistant General Counsel from 2003 to October 2021. Jennifer began their legal career as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP between 1999 and 2002. Academically, Jennifer earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Amherst College.
