Lisa Ku

Lisa Ku is a seasoned expert in organizational change management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Organizational Change Management at Exelon, Lisa leads the OCM workstream for a large finance transformation program and has established an OCM Center of Excellence within the Office of the CIO. Previous roles include Principal at Infosys Consulting, Organizational Change Consultant at The Abreon Group, and Change & Training Manager at Kraft Foods, where Lisa played pivotal roles in change management strategies and training development for major transformation initiatives. Lisa earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
