Michelle Kinsey

Michelle Kinsey is an experienced supply chain management professional with a robust background in materials and logistics. Currently serving as Director of Supply Operations for Baltimore Gas and Electric Company at Exelon since May 2012, Michelle oversees material availability and inventory management. Previous roles at Exelon include Sr. Manager of Central Purchasing and Material Availability Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring material availability across six utility companies and leading procurement efforts for BGE. Prior experience at Constellation Energy involved strategic sourcing and the development of an Integrated Materials Management Program. Michelle also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and earned a Master’s degree in Business from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
