Olivia Carberry

Olivia Carberry is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as a 2023 Fellow at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, Olivia has been an Assistant General Counsel at Exelon since October 2018. Previous positions include Senior Counsel and Corporate Compliance Counsel at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company, and Associate at Mayer Brown. Early in the career, Olivia held the position of Legal Fellow at Civic Consulting Alliance, IP Paralegal at Locke Lord LLP, and Litigation Paralegal at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Olivia earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Urban Studies/Affairs from Barnard College.
