Rebecca C.

Rebecca C. has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion across various organizations, including Exelon, where Rebecca served as Director and Senior Manager from April 2022 to October 2022. Currently, Rebecca holds the position of Capstone Advisor at Columbia University in the City of New York since September 2021, contributing to the Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Equity, Inclusion & Diversity at Mars from May 2021 to April 2022, Associate Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Merck from March 2017 to May 2021, and Director of Diversity and Grant Programs at the Access Group Center for Research & Policy Analysis from October 2014 to February 2017.
