Elizabeth Minas

Elizabeth Minas currently serves as the UK Medical Director at Exeltis UK, a position held since August 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director, International Medical Affairs for Pompe Disease at Amicus Therapeutics from August 2022 to August 2025, and Medical Affairs Lead for Breast Oncology at AstraZeneca from October 2021 to August 2022.
