Selina Wall

Selina Wall is Managing Director of Commissioning at Exemplar Health Care. She oversees the development of all of our new homes, from acquiring new land to the home’s first CQC inspection.

Selina has over 30 years working in the social care sector, starting her career with an apprenticeship-style scheme before training as a Learning Disability Nurse.

Prior to joining Exemplar Health Care, she worked in a number of director-level roles in children’s services and adult specialist care, and won an award with Wiltshire Constabulary in 2017 for her work with a child.

Selina leads the Commissioning Team at Exemplar Health Care, who oversee the acquisition and development of our new care homes.

Her multi-disciplinary team supports the new build process, including land acquisition, construction, recruitment, CQC registration and building ongoing relationships with local funding organisations.

Selina is a passionate advocate of the Exemplar Health Care values, and they form a key part of her management style, often running virtual bingo sessions for the team to add some ‘fun’ to their day.
