Lorenzo Garcia

Lorenzo Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lorenzo began their career in 1990 as a Test Engineer at Gas and Mechanical Laboratories, where they gained experience in testing and evaluating gas and mechanical fixtures for compliance with industry standards.

In 1993, Lorenzo moved to Black & Decker as a Test Engineer, managing the Engineering Lab and Model Shop. Lorenzo led a team and worked closely with the Marketing and Sales Department to ensure product compliance.

Lorenzo joined Fluidmaster in 1996 as a Test Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Lab and Model Shop. Lorenzo managed testing of new products and developed testing methods and equipment. Lorenzo also led assessments of competitive products.

In 2009, Lorenzo transitioned to Oakley as a Product Development Engineer, where they directed the product development process across all stages. Lorenzo collaborated with various departments to meet military performance requirements and targets.

From 2016 to 2019, Lorenzo worked at Sakura Finetek Europe as a Principal Plastics Engineer. Lorenzo was responsible for all phases of product development, working closely with domestic and foreign partners to release products to the market.

Most recently, Lorenzo joined Exemplis LLC in 2019 as a Senior Manager Implementation Engineering.

Lorenzo Garcia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology from ITT Technical Institute from 1985 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "Be a Better Manager by Motivating Your Team" from LinkedIn in October 2019.
