Ivy To is an experienced professional with a background in drafting and customer service. Currently serving as a Drafter at Exergy Solutions since May 2015, Ivy has honed skills in technical drawings and design. Prior experience as a Barista at Starbucks from June 2008 to February 2013 involved delivering excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment, maintaining rigorous sanitation and safety standards. Ivy To holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary, obtained in 2012, and furthered education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2015.
