Henry Morales, MBA has over 20 years of professional experience in sales and management. Henry has worked at various multinational companies in roles such as Sales Director, Territory Sales Manager, Account Manager, and Marketing Director. Some of the notable companies they worked for are Exertis Almo, CESPlus, Atlas Mega Steel, US Ophthalmic, and Sweden & Martina OFFICIAL. In their current role as an Account Manager at Exertis Almo, they look after the LATAM market. Throughout their career, they have managed sales operations, developed marketing campaigns, and implemented strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Henry Morales earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the Universidad Autonoma de Bucaramanga, Colombia between 1994 and 2000. Henry later pursued further education in business, obtaining a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University in 2013.
