Viktoria Howden has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of HR, L&D, coaching, and operations management. Viktoria is currently working as a Lecturer at Exeter College, where they specialize in these areas. Prior to this role, Viktoria worked at Dorset Police, where they served as a Leadership Trainer, HR Analyst, and HR Change and MIS Analyst.
