Rob Hutchins

Rob is a qualified management accountant with a wide range of public and private sector experience. He is currently Head of Devon Audit Partnership, a partnership between several councils in the Devon area. He has the responsibility for delivering internal audit, risk management, and counter fraud services to the partners and a wide range of other clients.

He has previously managed large finance teams, including the finance team providing financial support and advice for the learning disability and mental health functions of a local Council and Health Authority (combined gross budget of circa £60m).
