Layla Jennings

Layla Jennings has held various positions in talent acquisition and client services, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Exeter Finance since December 2017, focusing on building relationships within the vehicle ownership sector. Prior to this role, Layla was the Director of Client Services and Recruiting at COMTEK Group, where the emphasis was on providing high-quality candidates for the information technology industry. Additional experience includes recruiting and sales in an independent capacity, as well as serving as an Account Manager at Matrix Resources. Layla holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman's University, along with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.
