Michele Rodgers

Michele is a seasoned executive with a diverse background spanning Technology, Finance, Enterprise Risk & Operations. During her 11 year tenure at Santander she held various leadership roles, such as Controller, Chief Risk Officer and Head of Enterprise Transformation.

She was responsible for leading the Enterprise Program Management Office and Information Technology Delivery staff to ensure alignment with corporate strategy while building and maintaining customer and vendor relationships. Prior to Santander, Michele served as Chief Financial Officer for Springbow Solutions, Inc. Michele is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
