Karen Ericksen

Karen Ericksen is a seasoned professional specializing in executive coaching and leadership development, currently serving as Principal at Krisalis Partners since 2003. As a Global Practitioner at The Exetor Group since March 2015, Karen continues to influence leadership practices globally. From 2011 to December 2019, Karen contributed as Faculty with BP International, facilitating leadership development programs and designing tailored customer initiatives.
