Glen Zaharoff

Glen Zaharoff has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Glen is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Exevator, a Swedish IT company. Prior to this, they founded their own freelance talent acquisition and recruitment business, ITAS. Glen has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Argent Software and SRI Infotech. Additionally, they have held positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Ultra, an Interim Talent Acquisition Manager at SmartCookieWifi, and a Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Pointr : The Deep Location Company. Glen's previous roles also include being a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Mysterium Network, a Strategic Business Partner at Valsinga GmbH, and the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Emergn.

Glen Zaharoff obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birkbeck, University of London, from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's degree from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) between 2000 and 2005, although the specific field of study was not provided. In addition to their formal education, Glen has also obtained several certifications such as an AFF - Skydiving License (Level A) from AFF in August 2021, Understanding New Data Protection- GDPR from Cielo Talent in May 2018, and a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in HR Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in December 2014.
