Raphael Dubé-Demers

Raphael Dubé-Demers is a Principal Scientist and tech enthusiast currently working at EXFO, where they drive research activities and corporate growth in the photonic integrated circuit industry. They previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of EHVA Inc., which specialized in advanced automated test solutions before being acquired by EXFO in 2022. Raphael also has experience as an instructor and teaching assistant at Université Laval, where they completed a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, focusing on external resonant electro-optic modulators. Prior to their roles in research and development, they worked as a Hardware Engineer at Ciena, designing automated test stations for silicon photonics products.
