Pol Cervera

Pol Cervera's work experience began in 2016 with the establishment of Junior Empresa TecnoCampus, an association that provided students with diverse project opportunities. In 2016, they also co-organized TEDxUPFMataró, the first TEDx event in Mataró. With Heijar Software GmbH in 2018, Pol served as a Marketing Communication Advisor and later as Head of Business Development. The following year, they acted as the Project Lead and Business Developer at Mobile World Capital Barcelona. In 2019, Pol became a Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at Exheus, a spin-off company focused on technological advancements in gene expression analysis. Pol also held a role as Price Analyst at HARTMANN GROUP from 2016 to 2017.

Pol Cervera completed their education in Business Administration and Innovation Management/Marketing and Digital Communities from Tecnocampus from 2014 to 2019. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from Windesheim. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Marketing digital from Google Activate in March 2018, Google Analytics from Google in March 2018, and Inbound Certified from HubSpot Academy in April 2017.
