Matthew Halvorsen

Matthew Halvorsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in intelligence, risk management, and federal initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Exiger Government Solutions, Halvorsen oversees federal projects focused on protecting critical supply chains through AI risk intelligence. Prior roles include Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University, where Halvorsen taught Supply Chain Risk Management, and Senior Program Manager at the National Counterintelligence and Security Center, leading efforts against foreign threats. Halvorsen's previous tenure at the FBI spans two decades, encompassing roles as Supervisory Special Agent overseeing HUMINT operations and counterterrorism initiatives. Halvorsen’s military background includes service as a Photographer's Mate in the US Navy. Academically, Halvorsen holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies/Legal Studies from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Hunter College.
