Irene Nabwire

Irene Nabwire is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Trade Finance at Exim Bank Uganda since August 2025, Irene has previously held the position of Relationship Manager at dfcu Bank from May 2018 to August 2025, where customer relationship management was a key focus. Additionally, Irene worked at TotalEnergies from June 2001 to December 2017 as a Commercial Sales Executive, overseeing corporate contracts, customer relations, and technical support in the petroleum sector. Early in the career, Irene was the Managing Director's Personal Assistant, handling a variety of administrative responsibilities. Irene holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ndejje University.
