Sureswar Dash

Sureswar Dash has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Sureswar started their career as a Project Coordinator at NIV-TECH SOLUTIONS (P) LTD. in May 2012, where they monitored project progress, coordinated between field staff and head office, and handled staff grievances. In December 2012, they transitioned to the role of Senior Executive HR, focusing on maintaining a motivational climate within the organization, managing the HRIS system, and maintaining attendance and leave records. After leaving NIV-TECH SOLUTIONS, Sureswar joined Exim Logistics Private Limited in May 2016 as an HR Manager responsible for developing and maintaining HR policies, providing counsel and assistance to employees, and overseeing centralized HR admin functions. Sureswar was later promoted to the role of Head of HR in October 2020. Throughout their career, Sureswar has demonstrated a strong focus on HR policies compliance, employee development, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Sureswar Dash received their Engineer's Degree in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. Sureswar pursued this degree from 2008 to 2012. Later on, they attended Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. This degree was achieved between 2013 and 2015.
