Serban Ghinescu

Serban Ghinescu has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Serban started working at the EBRD in 1992 as a Senior Banker and held this position until 2009. In 2009, they joined EximBank Romania as a Director in the Customers Department. Serban later became the Executive Director of Finance, Guarantees, and Insurance at the State Funds Division.
