Kevin MacKey

Kevin Mackey is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various sectors, including urban farming, medical technology, and insurance. As Co-founder and CEO of the Urban Farming Initiative since June 2020, Kevin has spearheaded programs that promote urban agriculture through strategic partnerships. In April 2024, Kevin founded Exit Lab™ to support startups in the medical device and life sciences sectors by connecting them with industry experts and investors. Kevin also serves as a Coach and Consultant for Interstellar Certified™, is a member of the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association, and previously founded and led 1000Zebras and Coterie. Kevin's leadership roles include serving as President of the Greater Cincinnati Venture Association and Director of Operations at Cintrifuse, enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Midwest. Kevin holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Dayton.
