Larissa Pereira de Hungria has worked in various roles in customer experience and training. Larissa currently works at ExitLag as an Analyst of Customer Experience since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Z1, where they held positions such as Senior Analyst of CX, Analyst of CX, and Training Analyst from June 2021 to October 2022.
