Jennifer Macpherson

Jennifer Macpherson has held a variety of roles in the design field since 2003. Jennifer started their career as an Exhibition Coordinator at The Lighthouse, Scotland's Centre for Architecture and the City. In 2010, they moved to Skills Development Scotland as a Service Designer and Associate Service Designer. In 2014, they joined STV Group plc as a UX Designer, where they worked closely with digital designers and product owners to deliver the UX approach for their digital products. In 2016, they moved to ACCA as a Senior UX Designer. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Exizent as Head of Service Design.

Jennifer Macpherson obtained a BA Honours in Product Design from the University of the Arts London between 2001 and 2003. Jennifer also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities (June 2022), Leading with a Heavy Heart (November 2021), and A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First (February 2021). Additionally, they have a UXQB® Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience certification from iSQI GmbH.
