Monika Gajewska has worked in the hospitality and customer service industry since 2007. In 2008, they began working for Mitchells & Butlers, followed by Fifi & Ally in 2007. MONIKA then spent three years at Pesto Restaurants Ltd in 2011. In 2014, Monika joined V.Group as a Business Analyst - Shipsure Digital, where they facilitated and led requirements gathering workshops, collaborated with designers and the user experience team, and redesigned and improved existing processes. In 2020, they began working for Virgin Money as a Senior Business Analyst, where they were responsible for shaping complex items of work and ensuring strong and effective relationships with stakeholders. Currently, Monika is a Senior Business Analyst at Exizent, where they are responsible for developing a strategy and working methods for the automation of inheritance tax forms, analysing and documenting the future functionality of the platform, and conducting research and analysis to support the design of features.
Monika Gajewska has a diverse educational background. MONIKA began their studies in 2002, obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Commodity Science from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie in 2006. MONIKA then attended University of Glasgow, where they earned a MA Business and Management in International Business/Trade/Commerce in 2012. Following this, they completed a Master's Degree in Technical Ship Management from University of Strathclyde in 2013. In 2015, they obtained a Diploma in Superintendency from Lloyd's Maritime Academy in Engineering/ Management. Additionally, Monika Gajewska has obtained certifications from the Association for Project Management, Stream Marine Training, and the Royal Yachting Association (RYA).
