Harsh Goyal

Harsh Goyal currently serves as the President and Global Head of Product Development and Delivery at EXL NEO, a position held since August 2024. In this role, Harsh leads global product strategy, delivery, innovation, and execution, focusing on scalable solutions and transformative experiences for clients and partners across the USA, Canada, and India. Previously, Harsh worked at Citi Group as a Senior Infrastructure Manager from January 2003 to July 2025. Harsh holds a Bachelor's degree in BEBE from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science in Gwalior and a Master's degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
