Michael Lara

Michael Lara is an experienced Lead Assistant Manager / Operations Manager at EXL Services Ltd, responsible for overseeing Assistant Managers and handling client-related issues and concerns. Prior to this, Michael worked at HSBC as an Assistant Manager for Operations, managing a team of processing executives assisting customers with car loans. Michael also has experience at APAC Customer Services, Inc., where Michael served as a Team Leader overseeing Member Services Representatives.
