Harpreet Ahluwalia

Harpreet Ahluwalia is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial controllership and management. Currently serving as Vice President 2 at EXL since December 2011, prior roles at EXL include Vice President and Senior Assistant Vice President overseeing finance controllership, revenues, and receivables teams. Harpreet's experience also includes a tenure as Sr Manager at Genpact India from October 2005 to July 2008, where responsibilities included managing a team of 11 executives and handling revenue and receivables accounting. Earlier in the career, from August 1999 to October 2005, Harpreet worked as a Manager at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., focusing on accounting, budgeting, MIS reporting, and internal audits for Indian operations. Harpreet holds an ACA in Accounting and Finance from ICAI, a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, and completed AISSCE at Guru Harkrishan Public School Vasant Vihar.
