Jennifer Routhier Isabella is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in brand strategy, content development, and digital media. Currently serving as Vice President of Brand and Content at EXL since July 2025, Jennifer has held key positions such as Director of Brand Marketing at Epsilon and SVP of Marketing at Nine Health. With a notable tenure at Forrester from July 2015 to March 2024, Jennifer led a global team in executing integrated campaigns and overseeing public relations efforts.
