Kartik Sahni

Kartik Sahni is an experienced professional with a strong background in risk strategy and credit risk management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at EXL since April 2019, Kartik specializes in Risk Strategy, Retail Credit Risk, and ICAAP. Previously, Kartik held roles at RBS as a Senior Associate and Associate focusing on risk strategy, and at HSBC as an Assistant Manager where macroeconomic models for forecasting stressed PD in the Wholesale portfolio were developed. Kartik also contributed as an Analyst at HSBC by supporting the global HR function and executed key dashboards on Human Capital and Diversity & Inclusion. Early career experience includes an internship at brandmile ptd. ltd. in e-commerce marketing and a position as Associate Analyst at Aon Hewitt. Kartik holds an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a BA in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
