Nikita Mehra

Nikita Mehra currently serves as the Lead for Campus Recruitment at EXL since May 2022, following a role as Management Trainee in Human Resources at UPL from April 2021 to April 2022, focusing on global campus relations and employer branding. Key achievements at UPL include creating the Annual Campus Program, developing strategies for targeting top-tier institutes, managing internship programs, and enhancing employer branding through content on platforms such as Glassdoor.
