Shalen Govender

Shalen Govender is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and management. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Operations at EXL, Shalen has previously held key leadership positions, including Chief Operations Officer at Rapport Business Solutions and Head of Operations at Affinity Solutions. Shalen's career also includes roles such as Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager at Affinity Solutions, as well as Customer Service Team Lead at CCI South Africa and National Sales Manager at Gap Debt Solutions.
