Elisha Bair

Elisha Bair is a Design Engineer II at Exmark Manufacturing Company, responsible for leading cross-functional teams on various commercial zero-turn mower projects from concept to production while managing project timelines and budgets. Previously, as a Design Engineer I at Exmark, Elisha owned the design of multiple mower models and executed necessary changes to meet performance and manufacturability goals. Prior internships include a Product Design Engineer Intern role at EOTECH where Elisha created 3D CAD designs and 2D part drawings, and a Mechanical Engineering Intern position at NSK focused on identifying machinery improvements. Elisha began a career in technical support with 20/20 Technologies and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
