Aice Ching

Aice Ching has a comprehensive work experience in the Human Resources field. Aice is currently working as an HRBP Lead at Exness since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Mundipharma from February 2019 to September 2021. Before joining Mundipharma, they worked at Pfizer, where they held various roles including HR and TA Manager, Human Resource Business Partner Manager, and Compensation and Benefit Executive. During their tenure at Pfizer, they successfully managed employee relations issues, provided strategic planning advice, and implemented employee retention initiatives. Prior to their time at Pfizer, Aice Ching worked as a PeopleSoft Consultant at CROMWELL RESULTANCY and as a Junior Consultant at HRMS Consulting, where they contributed to software development projects and designed working solutions based on software specifications.

Aice Ching attended UTAR from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, their education history is not available, but it is known that they attended Sek Men (P) Taman Petaling. In addition to their degree, Aice Ching obtained a certification in Human Resource Business Professional from the HR Certification Institute in October 2015.
