Alena Kislyanskaya

Alena Kislyanskaya has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Alena started their career working as an English Language Teacher at Diretório Acadêmico Getulio Vargas in 2013. Alena then worked as an Interviewer at The Boston Consulting Group from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, Alena held positions as an Analyst at MAR Consult and also at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Alena joined Rosbank as an Intern in the Internet Projects Department in 2015. Later that year, they worked as a Researcher and Analyst at MISCP, Moscow Department of Culture. Alena then joined Alfa-Bank as a Senior Specialist in the Strategy Department from 2015 to 2017. Alena then transitioned to the Analytics and DS Department at Alfa-Bank, where they served as a Senior Business Analyst from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Alena worked at Sberbank as a Manager in the Analytics and AI (Data Analysis) Division. Currently, they hold the position of Business Analyst in BI at Exness, starting from 2022.

Alena Kislyanskaya obtained their Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Social Sciences, specializing in Sociological Data Research and Analysis Methods, from Vysshaya Shkola Ekonomiki from 2012 to 2016.

Alena also obtained several additional certifications, including Basic Programming with Python from Sberbank in May 2021, Customer Lifecycle Management from Visa in 2018, PL/SQL, Python for Data Analysis, Agile, and Design Thinking from Alfa-Opit in 2017. Furthermore, they achieved an IELTS certification from IELTS in December 2013.
